Once a year, we age our pure Vermont maple syrup in a freshly dumped bourbon barrel sourced from a small craft distillery. With time, this syrup develops warm notes of vanilla, oak, caramel, and warming spice while keeping the rich, unmistakable flavor of pure maple. 

Pour it over pancakes and waffles, drizzle it over ice cream, stir it into coffee or cocktails, or use it anywhere you want a little extra depth and flavor.
